Chinese scammers!
Hello! My name is--name removed--. I have been scammed by an exporting company in China. I have ordered 10 I-phones from them and sent a Payment in the amount of $1300, by Western Union. I have Person\'s name, Bank account, bank address in china. He promised he would send my shipment after february 1st, but now he even stopped communication, blocked website\'s company. I tried to write to him from another persons email and pretended it was not me, pretended I wanted to make an order. It apears that he opened a different website and renamed the company. But name and bank information are still the same. First of all I of course would like to get my money back, but also would like to see this person, or people behind bars or get whatever they deserve. I think many people have been victims of theses scammers. I do not know what to do. If There is any chance I could win this case, I will probably higher an attorney some time very soon, depends what will be the cost. Please review my question and let me know whenever posible for you. Thank you. Anna

This are know scammers and fraudsters. The only way to handleit to hire a lawyer in China, if the cost are reasonable for you. Sure they deserve it. You may consider to file by your self a criminal complaint in China ( which one?)
