Power of Attorney and Will

My mother has res. in U.S. and United Kingdom. She has a poa and a will made up in US. Are they also good in England?

Normally speaking POA and Will, no matter where executed, are acceptable documents except that one needs to get it stamped in accordance with the local laws.
