Final Paychecks

Is it illegal for a company to not mail your final paycheck to you even when you request that it be mailed to you? Along those lines, if you give permission for someone else to pick up your check and they refuse, is that illegal?

You asked about certain requirements with regard to final pay.

An employer must get a former employee their final pay within a designated period of time. The employer must make the check available and present it in at least a similar manner to how it was presented while employed.
