Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I was hurt at work, when I told my supervisor she told me not to wrry about it and wouldn't let me make out an accident report. I now found out my injury may require surgery or at the very least physical therapy and limited ability to work. How should I handle this?

File a Claim Petition, and notify the local District Attorney that you were being defrauded under the Workers' Compensation Statute. If you are retaliated against at work, file a separate wrongful discharge action.
