Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
I lost my appeal for my unemployment. My job has a no call no show policy but i did call. There word against mine.I didnit receive the appeal letter and missed the appeal hearing. i then filed an appeal after the decision was made to deny me my benefits. i lost that appeal and have 15 days to have them re consider there decision or go to court. Can you help me?
