Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
i had surgery 3/2/12,on 3/15/12 my doc said i could work light duty,but work said no,so now im getting unemployment until i can go back to work without restrictions.My FMLA had been approved until 4/28/12,but did that change once i was released to work light duty,am i still considered on a leave.

If your serious emdical condition prevents you from doing your job, you are still on FMLA. If the medical condition is serious enough, it could qualify as a disability under the ADA allowing for further protected leave.
