Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
I was suspended from work for 3 days for taking a 15 minute break and having my eyes closed. I was not asleep just trying to get rid of a headach and the new manager for our company saw me and pulled me aside and told me he was going to make a model out of me for the other employees and im a supervisor and there are no policies in effect that state you cant take a break or close your eyes

Yeah, unfortunately, they can fire you for that. Of course there are no policies against closing your eyes. That's not the point. The point is, they can fire you for thinking you were sleeping, whether they were factually correct or not.
