Vacation Pay

Recently terminated from 6.5 year position. I have over 60 hours of vacation time that has not been payed to me. Can the company refuse to pay me this time earned?

Only if the company has a specific policy that unused vacation pay is lost upon termination. If not, then the money must be paid, and if it is not paid promptly upon termination, you would have rights under Pennsylvania's Wage Payment Act.
