do i have a valid claim

i have a part time job in which i could not work due to an injury. i was released to go back to work. upon returning to work i was placed at the bottom of the list. is there any way that i can regain my senority for this position. i should be number one on the list. i did not quit i wasnt fired and i didnt have to be rewtrained. i just came back as i never left. however when i came back to work the shift i felt i was the most senior man. i was not in charge and missed out on the in charge pay

You might. The first thing you need to do is submit a complaint IN WRITING (keep a copy) to Human Resources explaining IN DETAIL all that has happened. Then, see what they do. If they do not respond satisfactorily, you may have a claim, and we can help you. Feel free to call or e-mail with questions.
