Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I work for CVS Pharmacey and did not get paid for 4 weeks I worked in June, I have talked to my manager, who has lied to me about calling HR, I have talked to HR and I am getting no resolution to my problem. Where do I go next?

CVS Pharmacy should pay you every two weeks. Failure to do so is a violation of our Commonwealth's Wage Payment and Collection Law which is administered by the similarly-named Division within the Pa. Dept of Labor & Industry. Look for Wage and Hour Compliance in your local blue (government) pages, telephone them and arrange for a Complaint. If you get no satisfaction from that office, find a local attorney who handles Employment Law and inquire about a free consultation. If the DLI doesn't help, a lawyer will take your case on a contingent fee.
