Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Judge awarded Defendant $2400 (rent/mobile home). Tenant vacated property. Must remove mobile home. With the 30 days that must be given, I have the following question. Does this awarded amount start the Defendant's "payment clock" back to zero or can I use the last payment that the Defendant actually made herself to pay rent? OR....she has removed all of her property can I now file for abandonment?
