Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Can a Landlord inquire about child suppot of a potential tenant?

Can I, as a landlord, legally ask a potential tenant if they pay or recieve child support, and how much?

Thank You,

Andy

I'm assuming that the reason you want to ask this is to determine whether the potential tenant can afford the apartment? To be safe, I would inquire about the total amount of money which the potential tenant has coming in, regareless of source.
