Lawsuit
I was a defendant in a lawsuit case, and I missed my court appearance. If I have to pay the amount I was sued for, is it legal to have my wages garnished? Or is there another way for the plaintiff to collect the money?

If your case was in the magistrate's office, you can appeal to Common Pleas Court. You may want to consider this if you are interested in getting the amount reduced or delaying.
