Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I leased some fields and barn structure from a neighbor and opened a horse boarding facility in PA. After putting hundreds of dollars worth of improvements into the property (which I have receipts for) I was evicted. What are my legal rights in regards to improvements to the property which I made while I was leasing it?

Are the improvement fixtures? That is can the property be returned to its original state without damaging the property? What does the lease say about what happens to the improvements after the lease ends? Did you have a separate agreement addressing these improvements?
