Is it legal for a landlord to tell you that you cannot have visitors on a daily basis?

What does the lease say? If lease doesn't say it then ll probably can't make such a blanket statement. Are your visitors staying overnight? Creating a nuisance, disturbance? Violating some other lease provision like parking?
