Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Pennsylvania

I made a mistake regarding a contract at work and as a result the company is being sued for breach of contract. Is there any way that my company can come back at me by sueing me?

Generally, the answer is no. So long as you were acting in your capacity as an employee and did not sign any employment contracts giving your employer the right to sue you, I believe that you're OK.
