Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

please help i need it

my husband had an injury to his back at work. he had a few surgerys and now he has a spinal cord stemulator inplanted. and he is on narcodits. all said and done now he has no sex drive. can i hold someone else accountable. we are a young couple he is 37 and i am 41 and his sex drive was real good before all this i know a marriage isn't only about the sex but it helps i am scard this is gonna end my marriage.

I need to know more about how he was injured at work. Is he represented for that claim?

The answer to your question depends on a lot of things. For example, even though he was injured at work, his injury may have been caused by the negligence of another company.

Has a lawsuit ever been filed? Did he make a workman's compensation claim?
