Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

I am from Pennsylvania and I go to trial in about three months in My question involves pre-trial confrence. In pennsylvania does the court required each side to go to pre trial confrence before a medical malpracitce trial.

Most county courts require that the plaintiff and defendats or there insurance represetatives be present for a pretrial conference if settlement discussions are to take place but being present does not mean attending the meeting with counsel and the court. You should discuss this with your lawyer.
