Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
auto accident
I was rear ended by a drunk driver 5 days ago and I'm still having severe pain i my lower back. I have the ''LIMITED TORT'' option on my insurance. Am I eligible for any pain and suffering?

The answer is: Maybe. There is an exception that will get you beyond the limited tort threshold if your injury is serious enough. I actually have a great auto attorney to refer to you. This is all he does. Give our offices a call or e-mail me directly and I'll give you his contact information.

Yes.
You are not bound by limited tort if the person hit you was drunk.
In fact, you may also be able to receive punitive damages against the person who hit you because they were drunk driving.
You're case sounds important and I would like to be the lawyer who represents you.
You may reach me at 215.850.9400 to talk about your case. I do car accident cases in Philadelphia, South Jersey and Florida.

Re: auto accident
Yes. Even if you are limited tort, being hit by a drunk driver is one of the exceptions that permits you to be considered full tort.
