Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Hello good day to you,

A few weeks ago i was in a store parking lot. I was getting out of my car and the wind blew my door open and it hit the side view mirror of a car next to me. There was a minor scratch on the side view mirror of that car. The owner of that car called her auto body shop and got a price on touch up paint. They gave her a price of $13 and i gave her a check for that amount. Its been almost a month since the incident and she still hasnt cashed the check. Can she come back at a later date and try to get me for more money?
