Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
Mom son was injured at daycare when another child did a baseball slide into his leg. He had 3 femur fractures and now has a leg length discrepancy . The daycare is paying his medical bill that we're not covered by my insurance, but will stop paying 1 yr from his injury. He could now have a life long disability. He needs special shoes that are very expensive and may need further surgery when he gets older. Should I peruse a lawsuit to cover his medical expenses in the future. Thanks.

You should consult with a lawyer immediately to discuss a possible claim for negligence. Feel free to contact me at (800) 433-9700
Absolutely! We'll have to investigate to learn how the day care center was negligent. I have been representing injury victims for 36+ years. Although my office is in Plymouth Meeting, I live in the 19355 zip code--we're neighbors. Please call to discuss.
