not to sue

hello,im looking for some kind of claimes form? my words! we play volley ball every week in my yard and the last two weeks some one has got hurt knee out,twisted foot. so far in been ok but people i dont know are starting to come thats find ,but i would like some kind of paper to have them sign just in case.that we are not resp. for any injuies and they cant hold us relable. not sure what i need been everywhere looking.

You should contact your homeowner's insurance company and have the agent provide you with a form.
