Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Today a car backed into my stopped car in the aisle of a parking lot. I was completely stopped and honking (with a car behind me and a car in front of me so I had no where to go) I called my insurance to set up a claim, and after reading all of this 50/50 parking lot laws, was he completely at fault?

There is no absolute answer. Only a fact finder can make that determination. It is likely the other drivers fault if you were stopped in the lane of travel and he hit you. Were you injured?
