Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

auto loan

my daughter and ex-boyfriends father financed a car loan together, what legal paper can we draw up to relieve her of any financial and liability obligation on this car. They are keeping the car and her ex-boyfriend who has no drivers license is driving the car and has had numerous accidents. The parents will not make him quit driving it and they will not let her have the car. I don't know who the primary is. I believe it is her because he is listed second on all the papers but they claim he (the father) is the primary owner.

Re: auto loan

And this guy isn't in jail because? He has no license and no insurance. Doesn't ex boy friend's father realize some inventive lawyer is going to name him in a lawsuit when his son causes another accident. Especially if the car is in the boyfriend father's name.
