Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Deed in a uncontested divorce

I'm from the state of PA. My divorce was final in January 09. Uncontested and my wife and I agreed that she would remain in the house but would refinance with a home equity loan; use portion of HE to pay off original mortgage and use the rest for by agreed upon buyout amount. How do we get my name off the deed? Does this need to be done seperately or will it automatically occur once the original loan is payed off?

Your divorce atty should do a quick claim deed for you.
