What happens when you lie on a disclosure statement ? Is it the agents fault or the owner, or both.

The seller is responsible for completing and providing the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement under PA law. If the agent completed it and included incorrect information, both may be liable for misrepresentation or fraud.
