Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

the guy next door asked for my home owners insurance information and asked me for money to fix the alley ground work and to remove a tree that is on the property line that he is claiming is causing water damage to his basement. what do i do next?keep in mind i gave him the contact information to my home owner company.

Why? does he have any proof his problems are your fault? If he had claimed he want your auto insurance info would you just fork it over?
