Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
Two Land owners, one cuts into ones property as an extension of the others drive way (although he has a main drive way) a dispute grew, one neighbor blocked the side access drive after discovering all this time he was not deeded the right , ever,. time has lapsed,( 8 months) that neighbor feels he has a right, to drive onto the others drive way, !, Does he have a right? , Has not time erased the usage? and 3, with him having Now 2 drive ways, does not that also enhance his property value at others expense or Loss ?
