Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My mother brough a house in the 60's

at that time my siblings and I were under 18, my mom put us on the house deed as benefactors, now she wants to refinance and can't without our signatures, we cannot locate my brother, what can she do? she needs to refinance fast.
