Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
My neighbor put a fence up on my property last fall. She had it surveyed a few weeks ago and it is definitely on my property. How do I get it taken down? Can I just take it down myself?

Not yet. First, you should ask her to remove the fence from your property. Or in the alternative you will take it down for her. You might offer to do so in a manner that would allow her to re use the fence on HER property.
Talk is cheap unless you are talking to lawyer.
