Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

two owners one property

One of the owners refuse to pay his half of the property tax, leaving the other party to pay in full to keep the house out of the tax sale. Legally can anything be done about it as far as the non paying party goes?

Re: two owners one property

You asked about property taxes.

Depending on the situation there are a lot of alternatives. These would include the potential to even obtain exclusive possession of the property. Speak with a local property lawyer to get a full analysis of the situation. It will be worth a small investment to get a proper answer.
