Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

past due condo dues

I am part of the condo board and we have an owner who has not paid their condo fees in more than 4 years. He was taken to small claims court in 2005 and we won the judgment, but he hasn't paid anything towards the judgment or any fees since then. What can we do as an association to make him pay?

Re: past due condo dues

You can sue him for the unpaid fees and execute on the judgement. The condominium regulations no doubt indicate what your remedieis are for a delinquent owner. Most likely you can force a sale of the condo unit once you have a judgement.
