I owned a house that was bought for cash in 1998 with someone I lived with I left in 2000 because of abuse I had contact with him till 2004 in which he stopped answering my phone calls I live in florida now but my sister works with my son who lives in pa in the house with his father he is 19 so there is a way to contact me Ifound out he took out a mortgage in 2004 and just found out he took me off the deed last month can he do that without my consent

Re: property

The only way to re-title property is by executing a new deed with the current owners as grantors and the new owners as grantees.

To do that the new deed would need your notarized signature.

Bottom line: No that can't be done without your consent.
