What requirements do I have to satisfy in order to legally be a resident of PA?

There are different residency requirements for different purposes: divorce, paying taxes, in-state tuition, voting, unemployment benefits, drivers license, etc. You need to get more specific with your question - you are interested in residency for what purpose?
