shared driveway

My nieghbor and I have ashared driveway. For 2 years we have alternated parking in the driveway at the end toward the street. He now has made room in his back to park back there and won't alternate with me. My car won't fit in my back yard, so If he starts parking in the back, I have to park on the street. What exactly are the laws regarding shared driveways? Is thefact that we did it this way for 2 years a factor?

In terms of real estate 2 years is a short time. Adverse possession takes 21 years.

The answer starts in what your deed says. Is there an easement?
