Shoreline

Can anyone tell me what ''No altering the shoreline in any way'' means in the Bylaws of a private community?

Re: Shoreline

It could mean anything. Maybe you can not build a dock or erect a seawall. One way to find out is ask the board of the private community or whoever is in charge what they think it means. I suspect they either haven't a clue or they have some specific things in mind.

So just ask them what it means. After all they are the ones who will be after you if you alter the shoreline in a manner they don't like.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
