Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
My son is buying a property that was divided in will to two separate parties. The piece of land that he is not buying has the driveway on it to the piece of property he is buying. Can he continue to use this driveway since it has been used for this property in the past.

Depends? you son is making a very complex purchase why doesn't he have a lawyer? How is he going to know if the deed is accurate? How is he going to know if the seller has good title? What is he going to do if he doesn't have good title? Can and will he be able to use the drive way? Will the person who buys the property from him have access to the drive way?
