Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

''Personal'' photos.

My girlfriend in her past relationship made private photos between her and her past partner. I'm curious to know what actions can be taken if any because he is sending them to a bunch of people. These were pictures that were supposed to be between them and he's sending them to a good amount of people. I personally know of 5+ people that he has not only shown but some he has sent the pictures to over the computer as files and they have the files. I work with her ex and infact he has sent me the photos before me even meeting her. Basically i'd like to know what legal action if any can be taken, its gotta be against some law to distribute sexual photos taken in privacy with the understanding that they would be the only ones to know about them. Thanks Eric

Re: ''Personal'' photos.

Well, you put this question in the sexual harassment category, but it is in no way sexual harassment.

It is, however, something called "intrustion upon seclusion" and "invasion of privacy."

She should talk to an attorney to write him a letter to ask him to stop; also, there is a possible claim for the distribution of the photos based on the theories I mentioned.
