Legal Question in Tax Law in Pennsylvania
Is a CD Payable on Death with no joint ownership and not included in the decedent's Revocable Living Trust taxable as an inheritance? The decedent does not have a will.

depending who the cd is payable it may subject to Pa inheritance tax. If the beneficiary is a spouse then it would not.
