Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
What advice can you give me regarding a traffic citation regarding what the officer claims (not stopping at a stop sign)? I did in fact stop, but apparently not long enough to suit this particular police officer! I reside in the city of Wilkes-Barre, PA., and the incident occurred in the borough of Harvey's Lake, Pa. (Luzerne County)

You should fight it and they will probably downgrade it to a non-point offense. I can refer you to a very fine attorney in Wilkes-Barre who handles these matters and who would not charge an outlandish fee.
