Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

I have been driving past a house which is extremely close to the road at approx 25-35mph in a 25mph zone. The occupants sit and scream at people as they drive past as well as have spray painted slow down all over the road. They now claim they are taking pictures of people and reporting them to the state police. Will the police even bother finding me? Is there anything i should be aware of? Is there even anything remotely i could be in trouble for?

It is very unlikely that you will be cited for speeding since there is no way for the occupants to measure your speed. I doubt that they contacted the state police at all. If they do, they could be in trouble since I don't think private parties can erect or install traffic signs. However, you should be careful to obey the posted speed limit because the local police may grow tired of the complaints and start issuing tickets.
