can you be charged with a dui while driving on a precribed med and your blood level was not above prescribed amount?

There are many variables involved in these type of cases regarding blood alcohol levels. Yes such level can be effected by other medication. If this involves a situation where you were charged because of such complicating matter in may have an effect on the charges
