Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

I got a DUI just 2 nights ago and I am on a conditional green card. I have to renew my green card in the next 2 months. How will this affect my renewal of the green card? Could I be deported? My BAC level was .098 and there was no accidents involved. Please advise.

It really depends on the facts: Is this your first DUI? What county were you in? What were the facts surrounding your being pulled over and the DUI itself? You absolutely could be in jeopardy with your green card.
