Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I was in NJ bout to enter PA and a cop pulled me over and claimed I was swerving which I wasnt and he gave me a complaint summons and it said "Create Risk Of Accident" he said theirs no points. So what does this mean? Do I have to pay a fine?

I am not licensed in NJ, but I am aware of their system for handling traffic violations. You do have to respond to the Summons, one way or the other. Sometimes in NJ, you must attend a scheduled hearing even to plead guilty and definitely to plead not guilty. Otherwise, the summons should set forth the procedure for pleading guilty and paying the fine.
If not, I would repost this asking for advice from a NJ lawyer.
