Squealing tires
i just got a careless driving ticket for squealing my tires at a red light. the cop was seceral cars behind me there in no way he could have seen my car doing this i think he just saw that i was the first car in line what can i do to get out of this ticket? and will this give me points on my lience?

Careless driving carries 3 points. You should plead not guilty and hire anattorney to help fight/plea bargain the ticket away. I offer free consultations.
