Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

I wanted to know if it was in written in the law that police officers had to provide gas to drivers who ran out of gas?

That's an interesting idea. But no, to my knowledge the legislature has not passed any statute requiring the cops to "fill you up". I don't think that law would have any support anyway. You run out of gas, and it's probably on you.
