deed

we have a family estate no one wants except me. Relatives on the deed are dead so how can i get the deed under my name?

Re: deed

An estate has to be opened and administered for the deceased owners of the property. If there was no will, heirs would inherit according to the PA Intestate Succession Act. If all agree, you could buy their interests and the personal representative for the estate and the surviving heirs could deed the property to you.

You may need legal assistance to deal with estates that haven't been administered for some time after the dates of death and possible subsequent deaths among heirs.
