Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

I am filling out a will for myself (will for adult without children) and it needs witnesses signitures and also has to be notorized.is this a legal will for me I am 71 no children.

It has to be witnessed by two individuals who are not beneficiaries under the will. Having it notarized makes it self-proving, which means that your heirs will not have to bring in the witnesses to attest that it was your signature when the will is submitted for probate.

PA has some unique requirements in that the will must be signed at the end. Make sure that your will is done by a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney to ensure that it is correct.
