The last year he changed his benef so many times that I really don't know who's name is on it and I was always on there until the last year of his life and I went to the bank and they told me some one closed all the acct and it will take months to find out who took the money. I'm probating the will this week and need help. Is there any one in my area that can help?

I just dealt with an issue like this recently. You need to put pressure on the bank for the records. In reality the tellers and bank personnel don't really know the law as it relates to probate and they do make mistakes. Depending on who was on the bank account depends on whether they can take the money or not. If you are the Executor you can demand to see the records because you need the information to file the tax returns for the deceased. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to give me a call and I will try to assist.
