Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

what's needed when writing a will

My uncle just called and asked for my social security number. He said he was putting me in his will and needed the number. Does this sound right?

Re: what's needed when writing a will

Absolutely Not, if your uncle wishes to place you in his will all he would need to do is write your name. Consult an attorney just in case to protect your interest as well....www.AlleghenyAttorneys.com
